F1 Kits

I posted a post a few weeks ago about F1 kits, I have never built one before, but I really want to.

I prefer newer cars, but the below car looks good (ok, it is 1989). Obviously, I might struggle through my first F1 build and go back to road cars, so I need a cheap one, preferably under £25 (UK).

Has anyone built it and is it good quality? It's Tamiya, so it must be good (surely?)

I've heard mixed reviews with the Revell kits (these are what a lot of people are recommending to me, and I've got to say, when I finished my Revell Ferrari California a couple of months ago, I wasn't impressed with the quality of the decals and the detail. Obviously, decals need to be spot on for a race car because there's so many of them!
